My kids are never sick
I am so happy. Everything went well at the school doctor. They Don't have too much weight and that was the thing I was afraid for. I don't want that they will have the same problems I had when I was young. Therefor I look at what we eat and I make sure we all do a lot of sports. Almost everyday we have a sport and it is good to be active. It is very healthy to let your children get used of doing sports. When I was young it was very busy with all the sports like it is actually right now with my kids. But I am grateful that my parents let me do all those different sports. It is good for your body and it is also very good for the brains. My kids are never sick!
